Place a few drops in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together, then apply to exposed areas or place a few drops directly on exposed areas. Massage lightly to ensure the product is well absorbed.
Reapply every 2 to 3 hours, especially if you are outdoors or after sweating.
In addition to applying to the skin, you can apply a few drops to your clothes or fabrics, apply to the sleeves, pant legs, or even to a scarf, as this prolongs the protection.
Be careful, some essential oils can stain clothing, so avoid delicate fabrics or test on a small, inconspicuous area first.
